National R&D Governance
This research analyzes the governance structure that encompasses the overall design, operation, implementation, and evaluation of national R&D policies.
It addresses key policy issues across the entire R&D cycle—such as budget allocation, redefining public–private roles, research incentive systems, and technology commercialization—and explores institutional alternatives that enable Korea’s innovation system to respond flexibly to a changing environment.
