This research analyzes the structure and mechanisms of international joint research using data-driven approaches. It quantitatively explores the division of labor in science, the diffusion and transfer of knowledge, and the types and dynamics of collaborative networks. By deriving design principles for strategic international collaboration, it examines effective modes of cooperation and policy conditions to enhance scientific capacity.
