Profile
  • She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies and a Master’s degree in International Development Cooperation from Kyung Hee University, and has accumulated research and professional experience in international development cooperation, ODA policy and project management, and collaboration with international organizations and multilateral development banks.
  • She has participated in a wide range of projects, including KOICA PMC projects, government-commissioned policy research by the Office for Government Policy Coordination, and the organization of international development–related academic events. In particular, she has been involved in international development consulting and capacity-building initiatives, including the educational capacity strengthening project for the Vietnam–Korea University of Information and Communication Technology (VKU), where she supported the planning and operation of development cooperation programs.
  • She also participated in the Inter-American Development Bank’s Support to Strengthen the Social Prosperity Department in Colombia project, providing research support and assistance in the operation of training programs, through which she gained practical insight into multilateral development bank–funded projects and capacity-building initiatives in partner countries. In addition, she took part in a Green Energy Transition knowledge-sharing conference for member countries of the Central American Bank for Economic Integration (CABEI), supporting international cooperation discussions on energy transition with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
  • Based on these experiences, she has developed a strong understanding of Latin America and developing regions, and her research interests focus on the intersection of international development policy and science- and technology-based global cooperation.
