- Narae Lee is an Assistant Professor at the School of Business and Technology Management and the Graduate School of Green Growth and Sustainability at KAIST, and a Research Fellow at the Singapore Green Finance Centre.
- Her research focuses on corporate sustainability, non-market strategy, and the governance of environmental and social performance, with particular attention to how firms respond to regulation, stakeholder pressures, and global challenges. She leads the Integrated Strategy & Impact Lab (INSTIL), which studies the interplay between corporate strategy and societal impact. Her work has been published in leading journals such as the Strategic Management Journal and the Management Science. Her research has also been recognized with prestigious awards from the Academy of Management (AOM) and the Strategic Management Society (SMS).
- Professor Lee currently serves on the editorial board and review panels of top journals, including the Strategic Management Journal.
