- Seokbeom Kwon is an Associate Professor at the School of Business and Technology Management, College of Business, KAIST, Korea.
- He received his Ph.D. in Public Policy from the Georgia Institute of Technology, USA, in 2019. His research interests include science of science, research data policy, firms’ patent strategy, and methods of detecting emerging technologies. He has published in leading journals in the field of management of technology and innovation policy including Science, Research Policy, Journal of Technology Transfer, and Technological Forecasting and Social Change. His current projects examine how national security regulation shapes science, and the role of data sharing in scientific productivity.
