- Building on her field experience in ODA projects in Africa (including Côte d’Ivoire and Ghana), Seohee explores the role of science, technology, and ICT in promoting sustainable development in developing countries. Her work aims to contribute to policy frameworks for STI and ICT-based ODA.
- Her current research focuses on how rapid advances in science and ICT—particularly AI ethics and open science—affect developing countries and how Korea can formulate strategic policy responses.
