Model Architecture (Three Key Modules)

• This study was conducted using a total of 151,832 Official Development Assistance (ODA) project records to train and validate the AI model. The results show that the proposed model outperforms state-of-the-art baselines, including GPT-4o, GPT-4 Turbo, Vallia BCE, LGCN, and GCLR.
• The model achieved Precision : 0.8684, Recall: 0.8192, F1 score: 0.8430, and AUROC: 0.9617, demonstrating high reliability and consistency compared to existing approaches. In addition, ablation studies confirmed that removing any of the three modules in the framework leads to a performance drop, validating the effectiveness and stability of the proposed three-module design.
